FAIR Action: Benefits of going to the park
Jarque Jesus presents us with a brochure of the collection "brochures to help parents," entitled The advantages of going to the park. Most of our cities and towns have a playground. With the arrival of spring in the northern hemisphere there is no excuse for children to enjoy this privileged space. The booklet is designed for families with kindergarten children (2-5 years) and Primary 6 to 8 years ago. It is a pedagogical recommendation to use this space for recreation.

The Provincial Delegation Esmeraldas reported that one of the polling station (JRV) found ballots exceeds the number of voters who have such jurisdiction.
An official explained that one of the meetings has 400 voters, but to make the counting process of records found 450 ballots with votes marked, which represent over 50.
