Al vocal Rocafuerte Parish Board, Washington voters Zamora Chila's mandate was revoked by a margin of 388 votes. The National Electoral Council of Esmeraldas, data officially count the votes, where 1,431 voters voted for the recall and 1,043 said no. There were 223 invalid votes and 100 whites.
