Ministry Coordination Production appointing their representatives to send Esmeraldas Port Authority

Coordinating Minister of Production, Employment and Competitiveness, Nathalie Cely, elected representatives of the portfolio of state headed to the board of the Port Authority of Guayaquil, Manta and Esmeraldas. This appointment was made by Ministerial Agreement No. 2011-0020-MCPEC April 25, 2011.
should be noted that ministerial agreement is based on Executive Order 704 signed by the President of the Republic, Rafael Correa, on 24 March 2011.
The document determines the reorganization of the boards of the Port Authority of Guayaquil, Manta and Esmeraldas and reduces the number of members from 7 to 3, which shall consist of the member appointed by the Head of State, who will chair the board; one member appointed by the Ministry of Transportation and Public Works, and one member appointed by the MCPEC, each with a deputy. The members are appointed by the MCPEC:
