RESOLVED: immediately have the following precautionary measures: 1) .- That the municipalities of Esmeraldas, Rio Verde, Chile and the Potable Water Company San Mateo, deliver water in tankers without economic cost to urban areas which suffer from shortages of vital fluid (water) in order to mitigate the health and nutritional conditions of citizenship. 2) .- It temporarily suspends the collection of forms for consumption of drinking water from the notification of this resolution until the Water Supply Company San Mateo, regularization of service to the affected areas.
